Maintenance Service: Exterior maintenance to the homes is the responsibility of each homeowner. Routine maintenance requests can be completed by RPG Maintenance staff as a direct bill to the owner. Any major disturbance or incident necessitating the police or fire department should first be called in to 911 and then our office at 225-7440, during non-business hours press ‘0’ to speak with a live operator.
Certificates of Insurance: There is no master insurance policy for the Harbor Hill Subdivision Association. Owners are required to purchase their own hazard insurance policy to cover losses due to fire or other casualty.
Refuse & Recycling: Pick up on Friday
Landscaping: Mowing day is Wednesday, weather permitting.
Alterations or Additions: No alteration or addition may be made to the common areas or the exterior of the building or grounds without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors or its duly appointed Architectural Committee.
