Assessment Payments: Assessment payments are due bi-annually on the 1st of February and August each year. A late charge of $25.00 is incurred for any assessment received after the thirtieth day of the month.
Maintenance Service: Routine and emergency maintenance requests should be called into our office at 225-7440. Any major disturbance or incident necessitating the police or fire department should first be called into 911 and then our office.
Certificates of Insurance: Please contact MGM Associates Insurance directly at 585-381-7008.
Refuse & Recycling: Pick up on Monday.
Alterations or Additions: No alteration or addition may be made to the common areas without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors or its duly appointed Architectural Committee.
