Assessment Payments: Assessment payments are due on the first day of each month. A late charge of $25.00 is incurred for any assessment received after the fifth day of the month.
Maintenance Service: Routine and emergency maintenance requests should be called into our office at 225-7440. Any major disturbance or incident necessitating the police or fire department should first be called into 911 and then our office.
Certificates of Insurance: Please contact USI Insurance Services directly at CLRochester@usi.com or fax your request to them at 585-736-5850.
Refuse & Recycling: Pick up on Friday. Service is provided by Suburban Disposal at 585-352-3900
Trash Removal: Suburban Disposal recognizes many holidays throughout the year. If your garbage is serviced on or after a holiday your pickup will be delayed by one day with Friday pickups taking place on Saturday.

Appliances such as stove/dishwasher/washer/dryer charges are $10./item
-homeowner to call Suburban to schedule pickup
Appliances (freon based) such as refrigerators/freezers/dehumidifiers/air charges @ $35./item
-homeowner to notify Suburban to schedule pickup
Bulk pickups (move outs/etc) can be scheduled and priced individually
-homeowner to notify Suburban for pricing and to schedule pickup
Billing of any additional items that need pickup will be the responsibility of homeowner and will be billed separately from the HOA.
Landscaping: Mowing day is Tuesday, weather permitting.
Alterations or Additions: No alteration or addition may be made to the common areas or the exterior of the building or grounds without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors or its duly appointed Architectural Committee.
