Maintenance Service: Routine and emergency maintenance requests should be called into our office at 225-7440. Any major disturbance or incident necessitating the police or fire department should first be called into 911 and then our office.

Certificates of Insurance: Please contact USI Insurance Services directly at CLRochester@usi.com or fax your request to them at 585-736-5850.

Refuse & Recycling: Pick up is on Thursday by Waste Management.  Please be advised that any extra bags or other items on the ground next to the tote will not be taken. WM trucks use a mechanical arm to pick up and empty your tote into the truck.

Special Trash Pick Up: If you have larger items that do not fit in your tote (such as appliances, televisions, electronics or household furniture) you should contact Realty Performance Group at 585-225-7440. RPG will contact Waste Management to obtain a quote for the cost of the special pick up. RPG will then provide you with the amount of the quote. Once you confirm your approval to pay for the pick up , RPG will provide the account number to authorize the special pick up and add the amount to your Pumpkin Hill account to be paid with your next monthly assessment.  WM will schedule a special vehicle to pick up your object(s) separately from your regular trash pick up.

Some items are too hazardous for recycling or disposal in a landfill.  Search for a drop-off location that accepts these items and plan for drop-off.  Fees, terms and conditions may apply.
